The adidas Terrex Soulstride Ultra uses a Continental rubber outsole with 2.5 - 3.5mm lugs underneath to give you traction for a wide range of terrain, and conditions. Using a curved rocker shape, you get a smooth transition and forward momentum that helps ease you from stride to stride.
